My wife and I were looking for no more than a few tiles and, I must say, after many recent shopping experiences I wanted to order any tile I could find online. I was glad that I didn’t, because in the full knowledge that were never going to be his biggest customers, Rod was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, found exactly the tile we wanted, ordered what we needed, and phoned us the moment they arrived. He even carried them out to the car for us, and all with a friendly word and a smile.
I recently had cause to purchase some tiles from your Thetford store, I would like to take this opportunity to ask you to recognise the stellar performance of the Manager of this outlet. I was offered expert advice on my initial purchasing decisions, all the information I needed to make an informed choice and then when my initial selection was not available a tireless performance to ensure I received a reasonably large amount of comparable tiles from a single batch to ensure a similar look. He deserves to be singled out for praise.
I should like to draw your attention to the 2 employees who served me yesterday afternoon at the above showroom. One was Neil.. The other had a beard! I am a 62 year old female who finds herself having to choose bathroom tiles on her own and pretty clueless. Neil greeted me..asked me what I was looking for...showed me where to look and left me to look with the proviso to give him a shout if I needed any help. He checked in with me 15 mins later..answered some questions, then left me to continue browsing. Once I had made a decision, he talked me through what I wanted and various options available. We were also joined by his co-worker who was also very helpful. I would like to say that my experience was one of excellent customer service, I was dealt with politely, listened to and all my questions were answered. As a woman...and an older woman at that...I never felt at all patronised. Their kindness and humour was very appreciated. I hope as MD you appreciate them.
