We now have four stores across East Anglia including our Colchester tile showroom, as well as our online store which allows you to buy tiles online.

I would highly recommend the Colchester shop,our tiler Martin from Versatile,directed us to this shop as we were struggling to find a tile we liked. On arrival we met with Duncan who knew his tiles,very knowledgeable and helped us decide on a tile. 30 packs ordered and fitted and they look fantastic. Wonderful service from Duncan and Archie. Looking for tiles for our kitchen and downstairs shower area. Went in a few times as wasn't sure if we wanted to go for a pattern or plain look for the kitchen, took some samples home which really helped make our mind up that a coloured/patterned tile wouldn't work. On deciding to go for the Metro tile look and showing a picture of our kitchen to Duncan he brought our attention to the Winterfold Sand Tiles with the jasmine grout in the showroom, being a longer sleeker looking tile they he suggested they could go quite well, so we got some sample tiles just to be sure. Well... G.J Wheeler Ceramic Tiling fitted the tiles last week and they really do look fabulous, they have finished the kitchen off nicely. Thanks Tiles & Stone Gallery.

I can’t praise this company enough. My experience of Tile and Stone Gallery has been extremely pleasant. Using well known tile companies such as Tops Tile is expensive unless you are a trade member which is not available to members of the public. Tile and Stone cut my cost by over half whilst delivering an excellent, polite, friendly service. Duncan and his colleague at the Colchester branch could not do enough for me.I will definitely use them again. Thank you.

A great showroom with a wide range of tiles to suit a variety of applications. Duncan's knowledge of both products and design is second to none. As a trader I will be using Tile & Stone going forward, the prices are competitive and I prefer to support local business as opposed to other large companies, where the customer service doesn't compare.

We've always had good service so keep coming back. However this week was different. We'd had to break a tile to get at bath plumbing. Luckily we had a spare tile, but no idea of the grout! They found us on the system but sadly the grout we used was discontinued. We were loaned a grout sampler overnight and found a near match, so far so good.Went back to return the sampler and buy the appropriate small bag but they had an open pack in their store which we were offered FREE (as it would eventually go off). We only needed a small amount (just one tile remember) so promised to return the bag.This is brilliant old fashioned service. Bathroom repaired. No drama and a warm feeling of absolutely top hole service. No wonder people come back.

We visited your shop a couple of time in the last few weeks and we were assisted by Mark. He said that the tiles we wanted were discontinued, but that he would try to get them from somewhere else, and to give him a couple of days ......... WOW, did he do it for us! He called the makers in Spain and a couple of suppliers in the UK and he GOT them!Mark, to say we are grateful is an understatement; all too often people are quick to complain about the service they receive, so my wife and I feel it's only right to acknowledge the fantastic service we have received from you, 5 star service from you is obviously not enough .... thanks MarkTony and Dawn RackleyStanway, Colchester
