We have been looking at tiles for the best part of last, we visited your shop in Bury St Edmunds on several occasions we got the best service and advice from John and Jenna from ordering to delivery everything just fell in place for kitchen fitters. We have to say again the customer service was excellent and we would not hesitate to recommend your company to our friends.
I am emailing to advise you about the the excellent service I received at your Thetford tile centre. I visited the shop on Sat 27 Feb with a tile from my bathroom - I needed to to match it. I had already phoned Johnsons who were not very helpful. On line, I saw that your Thetford shop was the nearest stockist of Johnson tiles to where I live, so I drove there. Rod and Nicola were polite, pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Rod had a good look around the store to see if he could match my tile, then kindly went on line to search. Nicola made my elderly neighbour (who was with me) welcome and got her a chair so she could sit down. Rod located a possible match, ordered it and said he would ph me to advise when it was in. He duly rang me on Tues am and we arranged that I would go over Sat pm to check if they matched. The box of tiles were an exact match, very reasonably priced and Rod very kindly carried the box out to my car. Excellent service and I recommend the store!!
I'm pleased to say that everything went well and the tiles are now in place. My tiler gave me your details plus those of the other potential sources in Harlow. It turned out that only you could meet my needs! You were both very helpful. On one of my visits, another gentleman was there on his own and he was the same.
