FULL PALLET Genesis Strato (6 rolls)
Genesis Strato is a high-performance uncoupling and waterproofing membrane that protects tile and stone flooring from substrate movement, preventing cracks and lifting in both domestic and commercial installations. At approximately 3mm thick, it provides a discreet protective layer with minimal height build-up, ideal for renovation and new-build work alike.
Its construction combines a dimpled HDPE top layer, which forms a strong mechanical bond with tile adhesive, and a spunbonded polypropylene fleece on the underside that beds into the adhesive on the substrate. Together these layers absorb the lateral stresses created by substrate movement and disperse vapour tension from below, while also helping to distribute loads across the tiled surface.
One of Strato’s standout advantages is speed: because the fleece allows vapour to diffuse from the substrate, the membrane can be laid directly onto new screeds without waiting out the usual 28-day curing period — a significant time saving on site. It’s suitable for both indoor and outdoor areas, works well with underfloor heating by distributing heat evenly beneath the tiles, and is compatible with concrete, screed, anhydrite, asphalt, resin floors, chipboard and timber. Tiles are fixed directly to the membrane using a standard cementitious adhesive.
Supplied in 30m × 1m rolls and available by the pallet at 6 rolls per pallet, Genesis Strato offers a versatile, cost-effective uncoupling solution in bulk, with fast 48-hour UK mainland delivery.
